Responsibilities
The Incumbent would be responsible for;
- Rent, buy, or sell property for clients.
- Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site
- Discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.
- Includes agents who represent buyer
- Obtain agreements from property owners to place properties for sale with real estate firms.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details and during the closing of sales.
- Generate lists of properties for sale, their locations, descriptions, and available financing options, using computers.
- Trade, for a fee, real estate owned by others.
- Manage or operate real estate offices, handling associated business details.
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Minimum: HND Experience: 5-7 year(s) |

General Requirements
- HND, BSC etc in Estate or survey mgt
- Experience - 4-6 years within industry and finance function; additional
- Commercial experience is a plus, but not necessary.
