Responsibilities

  • The essence of the job is to Support Management Team in setting the long-term strategy of the company
  •  Present proposals to Management Team for companywide budgets and accurate forecasts
  • Coordinate and submit monthly reporting on actual vs budget / last year progress, include high-quality analysis to explain deviations.
  • Analyse & review & interpret budgetary information results.
  • Management of Fund Applications and CAPEX budget
  • Review and improve Fund Applications for CAPEX prior to submission to Heineken
  • Ensure detailed budget management and cash-flow forecasting through Technical Controller
  • Advise on financial justification, check or execute business case calculations
  • Implement Performance management, target setting and appraisals
  • Create a cost-conscious environment throughout the organistion
  • Tight budget management, timely reporting on budget vs actual spend and corrective action
  • Analyse spend patterns, identify cost saving opportunities
  • Liaise with responsible departments to capitalise on these opportunities
  • Benchmarking of purchases against historic prices and activities
  • Ensure adherence to processes through control teams in all locations
  • Ensure follow-up on audit recommendations through control teams in all locations

Minimum: HND
Experience: 7-10 year(s)

General Requirements

  • HND or BSC in Accounting/ Finance / Economics
  • Experience - 7-8 years within industry and finance function; additional
  • Commercial experience is a plus, but not necessary.
