Responsibilities
- Coordinate the activities of the company.
- Create and maintain the best practice standards for technical operations.
- Manage installation technicians, lead technicians, project managers and control system programmers.
- Coordinate and participate in projects to design, develop, program, test, install and maintain specialized technical operations.
- Speak with employees, other department managers and senior management.
- Motivate employees to keep operations running smoothly.
- Quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in solving it, such as identifying defects in the production line.
- Face production deadlines, shipping dates and more and must manage their time accordingly.
