Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical inquiries, product application, and product presentations by phone, email, and in person meetings.
- Provide the most competitive and cost effective technical solution to meet the customer/project requirements in response to customer inquiries.
- Be responsible for preparing the technical proposal, clarifications to specifications and other technical documentation.
- Respond to various technical questions regarding products and system solutions.
- Demonstrate capabilities while handling multiple projects at a time.
- Coordinate with sales force to make customer calls and presentations.
- Be responsible for technical knowledge of various electrical equipment.
- Be responsible for understanding and implementation of technical regulations and standards for the industry and various regions (IEC, IEEE, UL, etc.,)
- Provide technical support for commercial and residential solutions, if needed.
- Define system and project specific configurations and compliance in response to RFP/RFQ and sales opportunities.
- Support the Project Management team on technical and compliance matters for post purchase order integration and delivery.
- Communicates new customer requirements and market changes to product management.

General Requirements
- B.Eng in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University.
- Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in Power Systems, Solar PV Systems, UPS, LV/HV Electrical Panels.
- Relevant experience of at least 2 years in Sales, Contract, Project and Account Management.
