GA Productions Limited is an event production company. The company is currently in search of a qualified and experienced Event Producer to manage the company's events
Job Description
- Full Project Management (as owner of event execution)
- Attend production meeting
- Work closely with suppliers
- Coordinate all components of the event
- Own and run all pre production meetings (Internal and with client)
- Ensure equipment Is returned to warehouse
- Own and run event debrief with all stakeholders (Including 3rd. Party Suppliers)
- Complete post event report
- Ensure all procedures are followed
- Develop event plan and manage implementation

General Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree
- 2-5 years of experience on the field
- High organisation
- Ability to work efficiently both alone and in groups
- Ability to work long hours when needed
- Ability to continually train and motivate a crew of staff to work efficiently and professionally at all times and maintain high standards
- Flexibility is key in the event industry; must be able to "roll with the punches" and adapt to an ever-changing environment while remaining calm and organised
