Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating the activities the of the company’s Media’s online presence through the creation and implementation of social media strategies, activities and content plans for the delivery of business objectives
Details of Function
- Generate innovative content development for all social media channels in alignment with the company’s marketing activities
- Grow the company’s media’s targeted online presence
- Provide feedback and insight on complaints and enquiries from the company’s media’s social media platforms
- Execute daily, social media strategies by coordinating monthly photo shoots for social assets
- Develop increasing social strategies that deliver on clients’ briefs while aligning seamlessly with other digital channels
- Execute plans to increase page views, unique visitors, dwell time and site ‘stickiness’ to encourage repeat usage and business conversions
- Monitor and document social media growth daily, using analytical tools as required
- Monitor and identify social media trends in Nigeria; gather market insights and intelligence to support effective strategies, plans and audience reach
- Compile monthly reports detailing broadcast, tracking mentions, trends/engagement levels with analysis of data to inform future online presence and approach
- Measure, track and report performance of all social media campaigns in line with business needs
- Identify trends within the digital space and optimise content based on insights gained
- Work with other departments to ensure cross channel alignment
- Develop email marketing contact and update same for news and relevant content in line with industry deliveries
- Defined brand performance metrics and implement market researches for monitoring success

- Tractable trainings on new media strategies
Knowledge Requirements
- Knowledge of new Media stretagies
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology desirable
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
