Responsibilities
- In-charge of daily operations (field services, supply chain and projects)
- Execute strategic initiatives of the organization
- Ensure Quality Assurance in output/ reports between company and customers
- Understanding of business functions such as admin, finance and HR
- Supervise relationship management process with customer
- Oversee Business Development activities
- Manage Ensure compliance with Regulatory authorities
- Develop new product lines for company
- Set performance targets and monitoring system
- Improve efficiency of operations with measurable savings

General Requirements
- Master’s degree or MBA
- First degree Engineering is an added advantage
- At least 8 years post-graduation experience
- Experience in the oil and gas upstream service sector is an advantage
- Well spoken and articulate with good writing skills
- Good leadership skills
- Must have operations or project management experience
- Ability to think strategically and good decision-making skills
- Must subscribe to ethical business code
- Be ready to travel within and outside Nigeria
