A top business process outsourcing company urgently requires the services of experienced and qualified candidates to fill the position of HR Executive.
Responsibility
The Human Resources Executive is responsible for working closely and strategically with the HR Manager to deliver on all facets of HR processes throughout the organization. The Lead HR Executive will play a pivotal role in meeting the organisation teeming talent needs, fostering employee engagement initiatives, strategically addressing contact centre staff motivation issues, encouraging learning and development, managing grievances and ensuring compliance e.t.c.
Main Duties
- Collaborate with line managers/HODs in setting SMART objectives for direct reports
- Responsible for manpower planning to identify both short- and long-term staffing needs
- Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans
- Conduct background/reference checks and prepare feedback reports on applicants
- Conduct job analyses, identify the ‘ideal candidate’ competencies and develop job descriptions
- Maintain a highly secure and confidential filling system of all personnel-related information and files. These records are to be updated (hard and soft copies)
- Ensure discipline and compliance of employees to the company disciplinary code
- Collate and resolve employee issues and conflicts
- Assist the HRM in the design, development and implementation of employee retention strategies
- Plan, develop, organise and administer reward, incentive and other employee recognition programmes
- Assist with the administration of staff handbook, code of ethics, and on-boarding of new employees
- Provide timely and relevant content/updates for the staff handbook and HR procedural manual
- Communicate news, updates and general information to staff via the internet and on notice boards
- Facilitate performance management by coordinating the collation, analyses, interpretation and summarisation of appraisal reports
- Conduct quarterly employee survey and share feedback
- Manage the end-to-end planning through to the closing phase of HR project such as the Employee Engagement Forum and other organisation-wide social events
- Manage the end-to-end employee exit process
- Assist with staff payroll administration
- Coordinate process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (Staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations e.t.c)
- Serve as mentor and coach to HR Interns
- Ensure monthly report of HR activities within assigned unit(s)
- Perform any other function as may be assigned by the HR Manager
Minimum: B.Sc/B.A Experience: 3-5 year(s) |

General Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive (3-5 years especially in BPO/Telecom sector)
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Solid communication skills
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
