Responsibilities
A top business process outsourcing company urgently requires the services of qualified candidates to fill the position of Business Development Executive.
Main Duties:
- Achieve sales target set by the company
- Increase revenue and targets for associated product lines to better budget and maximize growth
- Attend to sales enquiries, generate sales quotations and provide technical advice on products
- To prepare contract documents for tenders that utilize the information gathered on client organizations, internal preferences and competitor strategies/services
- Promote the immediate associated solutions but also the whole range of available services where and when appropriate through customer interaction and a professional approach
- Produce sales strategy plans, monitor and update accordingly in conjunction with product line strategy and available technology
- Conduct sales presentations at customer’s place
- At all times, be aware of our customers perception of the quality of services delivered, and feed this back to the organization through excellent verbal and written communication with peers and supervisors
- Manage existing customers and develop new ones. To develop an in-depth understanding of the assigned customer organizations. This will involve developing and maintaining personal contacts with key decision-makers, organize and attend social entertainment, as well as keep client organograms and Client Address Book up-to-date
- At all times to have available the latest available information and presentation packages on assigned new technology tools
- To take an active part in professional development through participation in external and internal training courses/seminars
- To keep up to date on competitor strategies, services and technology, and communicate this information through appropriate channels
- Participate in industry trade show and organizations and other pertinent technical associations or committees
- To adhere to established work ethics and policies at all times when dealing with our customers
- Perform various other duties assigned by Line Manager within the physical constraints of the job
- Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Manager within the time frame specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfill these
- Responding to bids, RFPs and Clients request
- Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development
Minimum: B.Sc/B.A Experience: 3-5 year(s) |

General Requirements
- Bachelor degree with 3-5 years’ experience in similar role in an ICT firm
- Socially adept
- Good with numbers and can handle presentations
- Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people
- Strong communication and IT fluency
- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organization
