Responsibilities

A top business process outsourcing company urgently requires the services of qualified candidates to fill the position of CRM Specialist.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage implementation of direct marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, list generation, customer targeting and activation based on channel engagement
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand
  • Responsible for building customer and vendor relationships
  • Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy
  • Identify user needs from user requests and develop strategies by which to meet those needs
  • Advises internal resources on targeting capabilities based upon customer activation attributes
  • Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate quality of final analysis
  • Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways
  • Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs
  • Analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate across departments (Sales, Marketing, IT, Business Intelligence) to manage customer profile capture
  • Utilize CRM as a tool to drive customer loyalty and sales
  • Proactively identify CRM initiatives to support the customer experience
  • Be first point of contact for 200+ staff who utilize CRM
  • Lead CRM training effort, including identification of training needs, creation of CRM training materials and ultimately conducting staff training
  • Use CRM for ad-hoc customer targeting and segmentation
  • Gather, document & test proposed business scenarios to leverage feature set
  • Provide valuable input for high priority initiatives
  • As a CRM expert, take lead on system implementations/upgrades
  • Act as consultant to leverage enhanced CRM capability through improvement of current business processes
  • CRM area is very dynamic so be ready to assist with one-off tasks when needed

General Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field, with 3+ years of experience in a relevant role (or an equivalent combination of education/experience)
  • Knowledge of CRM applications and tools
  • Proven ability to conduct proper research to adapt our business for national markets, leveraging local insights for maximal impact
  • Highly analytical in nature, as well as able to think outside of the box on a number of occasions
  • Expert interpersonal relationship skills and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under little direction as well as superb decision-making skills
  • Ability to produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline driven environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Experience in a values-driven organization
  • Presentation and training experience desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relentless attention to detail and follow through
