Responsibilities
Reports To: Spare Parts Manager
Functions supervised: Nil
Area of activity: OBM
CFAO Yamaha is in the manufacturing Industry and sales of 4 primary products which are the motorcycle, OBM (outboard motor), generators, yamalube (lubricant) and Spare Parts. The Company urgently requires the services of qualified candidates to fill the position of Sales Representative.
Role: Responsible for generating sales of OBM Spare Parts and Yamalube across Nigeria
Essential Duties:
- Develop and build strong relationships with major dealers, retailers and end-user in various segments such as Government, leisure, transportation and fishing communities
- Daily interactions with OBM Spare Parts and Yamalube dealers
- Gather relevant information on market opportunities, customer enquiries and competitors’ activities for strategic planning
- Prepare monthly report on OBM parts that are in high demand in the market
- Receive and process parts from our suppliers, check merchandise received against purchase invoice
- Supply Spare Parts and Yamalube to our dealers promptly
- Develop strategies for increased monthly sales and distribution of our Spare Parts, Yamalube and accessories
- Prepare monthly PSI – on OBM parts and Yamalube
- Update inventory control system and parts catalogue
Working Conditions: A lot of travel will be required for this position

General Requirements
Training & Experience
- Minimum (3) three years’ experience in retail sales of OBM spare parts is desirable
- Must possess strong selling skills and good communication skills: written, oral and presentation
- B.Sc. or HND in Engineering, Marketing, Business Admin or any Social Sciences
- Experience with modern inventory management systems
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
