Job Description
- Build and manage the ambience of the front office
- Answer inquiries
- Coordinate mail flow in and out of office
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing and clerical duties

Qualification
- A good University degree in humanities or social sciences
Skills
- Ability to build and manage the ambience of the front office
- Ability to work in a team
- Problem solving skills
- Typing speed of at least 40 wpm and ability to write shorthand
- Able to use different MS office packages including graphics software
- A good command of written and spoken English
- Working experience in an administrative capacity
- Good administrative skills
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Be proactive and able to troubleshoot
- At least two (2) years’ experience in customer relations
- Willingness to participate in co-curricular activities
- Organizational and time management skills
