Job Description

  • Build and manage the ambience of the front office
  • Answer inquiries
  • Coordinate mail flow in and out of office
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing and clerical duties

Qualification

  • A good University degree in humanities or social sciences

  • Ability to build and manage the ambience of the front office
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Problem solving skills
  • Typing speed of at least 40 wpm and ability to write shorthand
  • Able to use different MS office packages including graphics software
  • A good command of written and spoken English
  • Working experience in an administrative capacity
  • Good administrative skills
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Be proactive and able to troubleshoot
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in customer relations
  • Willingness to participate in co-curricular activities
  • Organizational and time management skills
