Responsibilities
A Non-Government Organization (NGO) with core focus on the Education and Health Care of the less privileged children and youths is seeking for qualified Program Manager with natural passion on humanitarian works.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the organization’s long term goals and strategies
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the Foundation’s operational policies and procedures
- Ensure that the financial management system is effective and efficient
- Develop and maintain very good working relationships with existing and potential benefactors
- Take the lead for fund raising, including identifying, developing and cultivating relationships with potential benefactors interested in Education and healthcare programs, particularly for the less priviledged children.
- Effectively monitor projects and provide technical support and obtain evidence based/assessment of progress of projects
- Develop and maintain very good working environment for optimum staff performance

General Requirements
- Strong first degree in any of the social sciences. A second degree will be an advantage
- A minimum of 10 years solid experience in Educational and or healthcare establishments plus at least 5 years hands on experience in NGO sector.
- Clearly demonstrated management and Leadership skills working with programs
- Self motivated leader with excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork and integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
