A top Financial and Insurance Institution urgently requires the services of qualified candidates to fill the position of Financial Advisory.

Reports to: Unit Manager

Job Purpose
To provide clients with specialist advice by recommending the most appropriate products and services available, ensuring that clients are aware of products that best meet their needs.
Principal Accountabilities
- Make cold calls and develop base for a long -term source of clients by using referrals or special group interest to compile list of prospects.
- Develop sales strategies and provide feedback to managers.
- Identifying new leads, perform follow up duties.
- Building and maintaining your client base
- Advising strategies for clients in insurance coverage, investment planning, cash management and other areas to help them reach financial objectives.
- Implementing financial plans or referring clients to professionals who can help them.
- Recommend investment products.
Key/Special challenges
- The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of enforcement and investigation services in all areas of compliance matters and represent the Organization to liaise with internal and external parties or individuals.
- This position requires excellent communication skills.
- Communicating the Company’s policies in adherence to local and international standards to stakeholders.
- Must work closely with and get technical advice and direction from the Management.

General Requirements
Skills, Qualifications and Competencies
- BSc, HND in insurance, business administration, finance or any related discipline
- Minimum of 0-3years experience, sales experience is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to network and establish relationship with clients
- Negotiation and influencing skills as well as determination and tenacity
- A good level of numeracy
- A target driven mind-set
- Decision making skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
