Reports to: Head, Finance
Job Objective (Purpose of the Job)
- To administer all document in relation to invoicing, receipt, debtors, creditors and preparation of management account in recognition of the company policies and procedures while adhering to accounting concept and conventions.
Key Tasks / Responsibilities
- Management of vendors and Debtors account.
- Regular bank reconciliation
- Reconciliation of account to final account
- Preparation of weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Bi-Annually/Annual income and expense report
- Preparation of weekly debtor’s report
- Supervision of impress account.
- Supervision of accounting staff
- Balance sheet and final account
Key Result Areas
- Ensure all account are reconciled daily
- Availability of weekly income and expense report.
- Daily/weekly and accurate bank reconciliation
- Accurate weekly availability of debtors and creditor report.
- Synergy among the finance team.
- Timely submission of weekly/monthly reports.
