Job Description
Business Onboarding (Sales) primary work is to onboard businesses who have the zeal to grow their business.
Key Responsibilities
- A minimum of One Year Sales Experience
- Deliver prompt and professional service effectively via phone, email, on-line chat and one-one communication etc
- Work with Service Consultant Manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Compile reports on overall activities and customer satisfaction
- Track and follow-up all customer requests in a timely manner
- Report to the HOD on daily basis via WhatsApp and Google sheets

General Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
- Must have a laptop to work with
- Computer skills including the ability to use spreadsheet and word-processing programs at a basic proficient level
- Must have minimum of 1-year cognitive experience/hands on experience
- Must be between 21 - 29 years old
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Must live around Lagos: Surulere, Oshodi/Isolo, Ikeja, Ogba, Eti Osa, Apapa, Mushin, Shomolu, Ajeromi Ifelodun, Kosofe, Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in team environments
