Responsibilities

A leading outsourcing firm urgently requires the services of experienced and qualified candidates to fill the position of Chief Business Managers in its regional offices. 

PROCESS GROUP: Business Development

JOB SUMMARY:  

Proactively maintain existing customers relationships, establish new ones and oversee outsourced staff under region.

GRADE LEVEL CATEGORY: As determined at point of entry

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

REPORTS TO:  Head: Business Development

SUPERVISES: All regional office staff, all Personnel Under Management (PUM) under region’s cover

CROSS FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: PUM Management

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain existing customer relationships, establish new ones
  • Proactively manage Client/PUM relationships in the most efficient and effective way
  • Identify trendsetting ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Responsible for identifying, developing, exploring and expanding income generation opportunities for the organization with regards to all their Services.
  • Develop & nurture a network in the Region, which will be of potential financial value to RIL.
  • Work jointly with the Head office Marketing/Operation teams to leverage existing channel partners and helping develop new partnerships.
  • Identify customer needs and proactively seek to meet them in the most efficient and effective way.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Review and upgrade Regional business plans and make appropriate recommendations through Head Business Development
  • Manage and periodically evaluate the performance of all outsourced businesses/staff under Regional Network
  • Work with HR Outsourcing Groups to identify and meet PUM (Outsourced staff) requirements/needs promptly.
  • Manage/Administer the Regional operations.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by Head Business Development, or any other official matter assigned by Senior Executive Management  
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Minimum: B.Sc/B.A
Experience: 5-7 year(s)
