A leading real estate company requires the services of a Sales Manager for Immediate hire.
Job Description
- Execute and manage real estate sales operations, responsible for selling lands/properties
- Identify performance measures and assess and recommend changes
- Ensure the provision of opportunities and convert opportunities into sales
- Supervise General Administration of Real Estate Sales department
- Develop training plans for sales team and, and maintain developing them continuously to improve sales
- Manage marketing plans to implementing sales
- Set budgets, and manages the budgets of the departments
- Focus on building sales team, identify shortcomings and permanent development of sales operations

Skills
- To succeed in this role you will need a Bachelor’s degree in relevant industry
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role managing land/real estate sales
- Extensive knowledge in the development and executing of sales strategies.
- Desire to improve sales process and investments and able to readily adapt quickly to rapid changes in trends
Education
- Bachelor degree in Estate Management or any related field
