Le’Venue Property Development Co. Ltd specializes in real estate development, consultancy and project management. The company requires the services of a Sales Representative for immediate hire.
Job Description
- Provide guidance and assist clients in purchasing property under the best terms
- Take clients on property inspections to help them find the right property to purchase
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, telephone and personal visit
- Work with the marketing team to ensure that all marketing goals, campaigns and strategies are all aligned with the sales strategy
- Submit weekly status report on marketing activities to the sales and marketing manager
- Manage and disseminate information about clients and their transaction to the sales and marketing manager
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Assist, build and maintain effective client relationship with new and existing clients and update then on their transactions and the company's project
Monthly sales target is 5 million
Minimum: OND Experience: 1-3 year(s) |
