A leading Fashion Retail company requires the services of experienced and qualified candidates to fill the Position of Business/Store Manager.
Job Description
- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Supervising employees and provide insight to improve efficiency
- Evaluating employees for advancements
- Weighing company performance against company monthly, quarterly, and yearly objectives
- Monitoring company resources
- Maintaining good relationships with employees
- Arranging schedules
- Researching marketing and industry trends
- Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
- Additional store manager duties as needed.
Minimum: B.Sc/B.A Experience: 3-5 year(s) |

General Requirements
- BSC in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 4years experience in the fashion retail industry.
- Successful experience as a retail manager
