About the Sales Executive Role:

The sales executive will be responsible for revenue generation for software solution targeted at various organisations who are interesting in collecting and analysing information. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, gathering market information, demo presentations of the service, and in some cases negotiating terms. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining close relationship with all clients and working with other team members to achieve business development objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving the quality of products and services offered by JAMA

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for potential new research clients and identify the decision makers within the client organization
  • Meet potential clients to introduce data collection service and perform demo to showcase the value of the product.
  • Work with Business team to develop and present proposals
  • Arrange and participate in client meetings
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, support and implement the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

 

 

 


Minimum: B.Sc/B.A
Experience: 1-3 year(s)
Location: Lagos and Abuja

Salary: Commissions with Stipend

General Requirements

  • At least 1-year sales or marketing experience – prior experience marketing software solutions to businesses will be a plus
  • Currently Serving or completed NYSC
  • Self-starter, comfortable working in a matrix organization and with virtual teams.
  • Proven proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding written and spoken communication skills as well as good listening skills.
  • Have a high level of attention to detail and organization.
  • Are effective at prioritization.
