A foremost Cinema company in Africa is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the Position of Brand Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify market opportunities, build business cases (pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation), and shape strategy for the Cinema consumer business.
- Work with various Business driver to influence and impact strategic decision-making, integrate data, insights, and recommendations into existing or developing company strategies, new products, and marketing tactics.
- Identify, develop, and execute a portfolio of research methodologies to support the Cinema research needs. This would include design, execution, analysis and reporting of qualitative and quantitative research studies.
- Keep up with industry trends and current research tools;
- Organizing of a consumer panel and/or online community using social media platform to assess consumer behavior, brand insights etc.
- Champion the need for proprietary research, and build the capability to identify information gaps and specific research needs
- Provide consultative support for marketing departments client satisfaction studies, including analysis and reporting when requested
- Develop and manage Brand budget

General Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree in Business Admin, Arts or Social science from any recognized university. MSC is an added advantage.
- Experience: 6-8 years managerial experience in a retail company
