A foremost cinema company in Africa is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the Position of Business Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring satisfactory customer services delivery in the cinema on daily basis.
- Overseeing and ensuring smooth cinema operations.
- Proffering daily check list for standard cinema operation and ensuring high operational standards.
- Overseeing store and procurement activities in order to shore off high cost of sales for concession products.
- Liaise with procurement in securing relevant and profitable Joint Ventures to bolster concession sales.
- Revenue Generation
- Check and balancing demand and supply activities in concession.
- Liaising with film distributors as regards weekly movie schedule and print movements.
- Liaising with accountants in preparing budgets and ensuring budget implementation.
- Ensure all receipts are lodged into bank account on daily basis.
- Overseeing marketing and promotion planning.
- Liaising with management in setting and realizing business targets.
- Business Development and management of accounts.
Minimum: B.Sc/B.A Experience: 7-10 year(s) |

General Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree in Business Admin, Arts or Social science from any recognized university. Msc. is an added advantage.
- Experience: 6-8 years managerial experience in a retail company
