Responsibilities
A leading Advertising Agency in Nigeria requires the services of an experienced and qualified Business Development Manager for immediate hire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Creating and building a database of viable prospects.
- Assisting in the preparation of demos/presentations to prospective clients.
- Managing advertisers.
- Interacting with affiliates, promoting offers, and ensuring advertiser's standards are met.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

General Requirements
- First Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years experience in an Advertising Agency
- Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public speaking and Closing Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and IT skills
- Strong problem solving and creative skills
- Strong sales and negotiation techniques
- Ability to work without supervision
- Must reside on the Mainland
