Responsibilities

A leading Advertising Agency in Nigeria requires the services of an experienced and qualified Business Development Manager for immediate hire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:  

  • Creating and building a database of viable prospects.
  • Assisting in the preparation of demos/presentations to prospective clients.
  • Managing advertisers.
  • Interacting with affiliates, promoting offers, and ensuring advertiser's standards are met.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

 


Minimum: B.Sc/B.A
Experience: 3-5 year(s)

General Requirements

  • First Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in an Advertising Agency 
  • Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public speaking and Closing Skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and IT skills
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation techniques
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Must reside on the Mainland
