Responsibilities
A Consulting Firm requires the services of an HR Analyst for Immediate employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Identifies and develops opportunities to cross sell service lines to new and existing clientsInvolved in research, preparing of presentations/slides and other HR and operational requirements Have theoretical and background knowledge about HR enough to handle client requests on HR questions and essentially man a HR helpdeskEssentially be confident to speak with clients and market all our offerings Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related happeningsResponsible for all HR Administration and operations responsibilitiesAccepts ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Minimum: B.Sc/B.A Experience: 1-3 year(s) |

General Requirements
- A good BSc/HND in Human Resources or any other related course of study
- A Master’s degree in HR is an added advantage or Membership of CIPMN and/or SHRM/CIPD
- Familiar with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
