Responsibilities
Harvesters International Christian Centre, a church based organization whose mission is to change lives and raise leaders requires the service of an experienced Video and Motion Graphics Editor for immediate hire. The successful candidate will be saddled with the following responsibilities:
- The Video Editor/Producer is to be a God lover who creates purposeful videos and live events that assist the messages of Harvesters.
- The editor will coordinate, organize and plan video recordings as required and as well as produce creative.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Create compelling videos.
- Direct multi-camera studio equipment.
- Shooting, lighting and audio for all videos and photography including studio, green screen and on-location shoots.
- Effectively collaborate with the senior members of the team to produce video and multimedia content in stylistic adherence with the corporate brand.
- Produce creative for electronic commercials for Television, Radio and other media formats as required by project brief.
- Work with the production team to ensure seamless production flow on service days; weekend and midweek services.
- Create and maintain orderly project library.
- Timely creation of graphics that meets corporate brand standards.
- Liaise with other departments on video request briefs on a weekly basis.

- Timelines with video production.
- Accurate reports.
- Asset management.
- Effective planning and execution of video shoots.
- First time through rate; 8/10 ratio of jobs accepted after presenting the first time.

General Requirements
- A Degree in Arts/Mass communication/Advertising or any other related field.
- High level proficiency in creative/graphics software packages including Corel suit, Adobe suite.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ work experience, preferable in a similar environment
