Responsibilities
A leading fashion industry is urgently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Outlet Team Lead in their Lagos and Abuja Offices.
The job responsibilities are as follows:
- The Outlet Team Lead provides visible leadership to team members in the assigned outlet.
- Motivates and gives direction to the team to achieve daily sales objectives, quality standards and other operational objectives set by management for the outlet.
- Organizes and oversees the day to day operations and efficient functioning of the outlet.
- Responsible for the entire chain of product management; requisition, ordering, purchase, storage, returns and product inventory, taking into account customer needs and preferences.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.

General Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Must have at least 1 year experience in similar role.
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good problem solving and analytical skills.
Must possess a good interpersonal skills.
Good listener and a good communicator.
- Candidates must be fashion savvy and experience in a retail clothing store would be an added advantage.
