Responsibilities

A leading urban luxury real estate development and management firm in the Lekki environs requires the service of an experienced Business Intelligence Officer for immediate hire. The successful candidate will be saddled with the following responsibilities:

Identify or monitor current and potential customers, using business intelligence tools.

Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.

Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.

Driving the sales of the company's products.

Must ensure set targets are met and exceeded.

Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers, professional organizations, or others to stay abreast of industry or business trends.

Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends.

Minimum: B.Sc/B.A Experience: 1-3 year(s)

General Requirements

• Candidate must possess a good degree in any of the social sciences from a recognized Higher Institution
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate, insurance or the banking industry.
• Must be a good team player.
