Responsibilities

A leading fashion firm in Lagos urgently requires the services of a matured and experienced Personal Assistant. This is a position for a bright, polished and motivated individual and offers opportunities for advancement within a fast growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Organising and maintaining diaries, setting up calendar items and making appointments.
  • Ensure the MD is fully briefed on, or prepared for any engagements he is involved in.
  • Arrange all business trips and reservations for the Managing Director.
  • Administration of calls, emails, letters and correspondences of the Managing Director.
  • Ensure guests meeting with the MD are well taken care of.
  • Carryout any other job as may be assigned.

    Minimum: B.Sc/B.A

    General Requirements

    • Degree or HND in any of the Humanities, Social Sciences, Secretarial Studies or Office Management.
    • Candidates must be fashion savvy.
    • Experience in a retail clothing store would be an added advantage.
    • Excellent qualities in confidentiality and trust.
    • Availability to travel when necessary.
    • Must be computer literate.
    • Must be very sound in all manners of communications, including writing business reports  and presentations.
    • Must be physically, mentally, emotionally and medically sound and fit for the job.
    • Excellent time management, organisation skills and a high attention to detail
    • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
