Responsibilities

A Lagos based global provider of telecommunication infrastructure and services is urgently seeking the services of an experienced Tower Maintenance Adminstrator to fill this vacant position. The job responsibilites are as follows:

  • To consistently work in a safe and effective manner, to ensure that any action taken does not cause a risk either to themselves or any other party.
  • Promptly implement appropriate emergency procedures as required and report all safety and security risks, promptly and via the correct channels
  • Forge professional and effective working relationships with own team, supervisor and customers.
  • Complete staff timesheets and payroll.
  • Control and monitor staff holidays and sickness records
  • Collate and administrate weekly and monthly reports
  • Prepare third party job sheets for invoicing
  • Administrate personnel files for staff and any new starters
  • Administrate shift rosters.
  • Maintain and update equipment service schedule
  • Control and manage uniforms.
  • Prepare job sheets for Supervisors.
  • Work to the highest of standards and schedule work load to meet deadlines

  • Minimum: B.Sc/B.A
    Experience: 1-3 year(s)
