Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
*Answer customer’s enquiry via phone call, WhatsApp chat, Instagram and Facebook.
*Use telephone to reach out to customers and verify account information after payment is done by the customer.
*Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
*Handle customer’s complaint and provide solutions by contacting the immediate supervisor.
*Greet customers warmly and ascertain reason for calling.
*Persuading customers to reconsider cancelling an order or refund.

General Requirements
*Minimum of OND qualification.
*0-2years experience in a similar role.
*Must be organized and punctual.
