Responsibilities

We are looking to hire a dedicated, well-grounded and passionate individual who has a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new businesses.

  • Research Organizations to find new business opportunities and possess a good understanding of their products/services.
  • Act as the subject matter expert of all Company products and services.
  • Liaise with OEMs and customers to organize meetings, presentations and training.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Set achievable goals for the business development team and ensuring the goals are met.
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
  • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
  • Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.
  • Prepare business proposal and strategies.
  • Following industry trends both locally and internationally.

  • Minimum: M.Sc
    Experience: 3-5 year(s)

    General Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
