Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a smart, enthusiastic and focused individual into the position of Client Relationship Officer. The qualified candidate will be required to:
- Build positive and productive relationships with clients for the growth of the business.
- Support in creating sales pitches, developing clear and effective communication for current and prospective clients.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers/stakeholders.
- Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately.
- Must have a flare for sales and problem solving.
- Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the company products and services.
- Serve as a point of first contact between clients and the company.
- Answer phone calls and log customers complaints or inquiries.
- Follow-up with customer to ensure that issues are addresses and get feedback.
- Generate reports on the customers performance across different segments.
- Manage and conduct periodic customers interactive sessions to promote customer-centricity.

General Requirements
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in related discipline such as but not limited to Marketing, Business Administration and Sales.
- Must have 1-3 years working experience as a client relationship officer with track record.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Ability to translate management vision into action.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize business functions efficiently.
- Proficient use of MS Office products.
- Excellent oral and writing communications skills, upward and downward the organization.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Ability to remain calm while working under pressure
