Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Allocate responsibilities and office space.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Grow revenue through sales and marketing.
- Manage schedules and deadlines.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons.
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, etc.)
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Keep abreast of all organizational changes and business.

Minimum: B.Sc/B.A Experience: 3-5 year(s) |

General Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
- A good first Degree.
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated experience working in managerial role.
- High-level discipline and integrity.
- Prompt & effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Organized, strong attention to detail, and process-oriented.
- Reliable, independent, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure and without supervision.
