Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Support software and equipment in a Microsoft Windows environment, from design through implementation and support.
- Provide effective installation, configuration, training and after-sales support for software applications including OS, Anti-virus, Backup, Security.
- Provide investigation, diagnostic testing and repair/resolution for systems, hardware, software and infrastructure
- Provide technical pre-sales support for a wide variety of software and hardware product families.
- Maintain software applications, operating systems and hardware.
- Obtain and maintain required training and technical certificationsÂ

General Requirements
- B.sc/HND or equivalent degree from a reputable university.
- Entry-level candidates.
- MCP, MCTS on Windows Server 2008 or equivalent.
- Good Windows usage and support skills.
- Knowledge of at least 1 Operating System: UNIX, Linux, or Windows Server 2008 R2 or later.
- Knowledge of Symantec/Veritas/Microsoft is an added advantage.
