Responsibilities
- We are in need of a MALE HR/Logistics person who can plan strategies which consider immediate and long term staffs requirement.
- Prepare Staff handbooks.
- Co-ordinate logistics accurately and timeously,
- Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
- Liasing with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance,health and safety.
- Developing and implementing policies.
- Planning and delivering training, including inductions for new staffs.
- Recruit staffs.
- Prepare staff handbook.
