Responsibilities
- Overseeing the training activities and managing training budget
- Developing mentoring and coaching sessions for employees and building succession plans
- Partnering with HRBPs to implement employee engagement strategies
- Designing and planning training schedule, training needs and other internal trainings for existing staff in the company.

General Requirements
- Master's/ University Degree in Human Resource or its equivalent.
- Extensive working experience in Human Resources.
- Previous leadership and training experience.
- Hands-on experience in implementing learning and development programs.
- Certification in CIPM or its equivalent is an added advantage.
