  • Conceptualizing, developing and dissemination of timely and impactful copy writing and communications on every platform to carry them along in all that we are doing and to show that we care on Letter, Ecard, Video, and on social media platform every day (Facebook, twitter, Instagram).
  • Effectively utilizing the all social media platform to engage partners creating an exciting experience that increases partnership.
  • Develop creative content to showcase the impact also engage partners eliciting participation and response from them on social media.

Minimum: B.Sc/B.A

General Requirements

Minimum Qualification and Experience

  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager with a minimum of three years.
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Hands on experience in content management.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with web design.
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
