Responsibilities
- He or She will be responsible for coordinating the materials department, manage the efficient flow of our “fresh fruit” raw materials needed for our production processes.
- He or She will regularly meet with farmers across various regions in Nigeria, to secure the short & long term purchase of the fruits needed.
- Source and negotiate the best rates of fruits for the company on an ongoing basis.
- Signup new farms and farmers on to the Sabroso farmers partnership agreement.
- Coordinate the smooth logistics & delivery of fruits from the farm to the factory.
- Travel frequently and work with local farms and farmers towards a mutually beneficial partnership.
- Ensure procurement quality and costs KPIs are met always.

General Requirements
Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc Degree.
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing and related processes, including customer shipping requirements, production scheduling and raw materials.
- Previous experience in procurement.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of the relevant software.
