Responsibilities
- Ability to initiate and lead human resource programs and projects.
- Conducting research for prospective clients.
- Formulate strategic and practical plans towards the business development.
- Co-ordinate recruitment process under low supervision.
- Select and implement suitable HR technology for work flow advantage.
- Refurbish knowledge of advancement in the field and present new ideas.
- Adequate knowledge on payroll management.
- Cold calling' companies to generate new business
- Developing methods for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects
- Ensuring HR programs and services are in compliance with established policies and procedures and state/federal laws and regulations
