Responsibilities
As a Finance & Admin Officer, you will be required to do the following:
- Weekly and Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
- Posting payment vouchers
- Petty Cash Re-imbursement and disbursement
- Handling of sales pick-up, documentation and lodgment
- Management of fund flow weekly updates
- Screening and answering all inbound phone calls and transfer to appropriate staff member
- Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines
- General dispatch and receiving of mails and parcels
- Maintain records, reports and statistics for administrative purpose
- Responding to requests for information and other routine external requests via phone call
- Plan and manage both local and foreign trips for the company’s staff
- Requisition of office supplies, consumables and manage inventory of admin and office essentials
Minimum: B.Sc/B.A Experience: 1-3 year(s) |

General Requirements
- Have a degree in Accounting any related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ cognate experience.
- Very good working knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
