We operate in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing and distribution space in Nigeria and one of the known producers of vegetable oil, margarine, detergent. liquid soap, laundry and toilet soap in the country.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate the implementation of sales strategies, policies and programs to enhance market presence and competitive performance of products in assigned territory.
  • Ensure the successful achievement of the company’s sales goals across all product category in assigned territory
  • Establish productive and professional relationship with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Ensure sales volume is at its maximum, maintaining product mix, and selling price.
  • Participate in market strategy building by providing useful information from sales activities.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are onboard.

Minimum: B.Sc/B.A
Experience: 3-5 year(s)

General Requirements

  • B.Sc in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
  • MBA is an added advantage
  • Minimum of three years' proven work experience as a Territory Sales Executive
  • Experience managing a high performance territory
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent customer service and strategic prospecting skills.
  • Solid customer service altitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and team management Skills
  • Availability to travel as needed, and possession of a valid driver’s license.
