We operate in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing and distribution space in Nigeria and one of the known producers of vegetable oil, margarine, detergent. liquid soap, laundry and toilet soap in the country.


Responsibilities

  • Design and execute an effective talent management programme - recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and reward, welfare and benefits etc., in line with industry trends.
  • Oversee the establishment of standard operating procedures for each department in the Organization.
  • Establish an efficient and effective minimized paper collection documentation process.
  • Represent Organization at employee-related bearings and investigations.
  • Ensure the Organization complies with all legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions.

General Requirements

  • B.Sc and Master Degree in Personnel Management or relevant field.
  • Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) at an Associate or higher level will be an added advantage.
  • MBA anal ISO certification are added advantage.

Functional Competencies:

  • An experiential expertise of managing a manufacturing workforce - Not less than five years hands-on experience.
  • Knowledge of KPI software and other relevant human resource systems.
  • Advanced comunication, problem-solving and interpersonal akills
  • Proficiency in counseling and dispute resolution.
  • Openness to flexibIe roles.
