Responsibilities
- Passing of all accounting entries to SAP
- Writing of cash vouchers and distributing petty cash
- Posting of bank vouchers and JVs
- Taking physical stock and reconciliation with book stock
- Visiting banks to lodge Cheques and other instructions
- Maintain employees time sheet and preparing payroll
- Visiting all government offices for compliances purpose
- Perform all Admin/HR related duties time to time as per instruction of management
- Prepare various reports as per requirement of management.
- Follow all instruction of Finance controller to complete the given task
